We’re back for the second edition – see you at OLMA Messen St.Gallen in January and start your 2026 with a bang! This time round we celebrate the sport of fitness racing for 3 days.
For the 2025/26 HYROX season, we’ve introduced the Flex Add-On to give athletes more flexibility and peace of mind in case of unexpected changes. It offers a simple way to request a refund or make changes to your ticket up to 1 day before the race.
Or, if you are absolutely certain you will make it and want a more cost-effective option, you can purchase a ticket without the Flex Add-On.
Here’s what you need to know when purchasing with or without the Flex Add-On:
Singles Division Ticket + Flex Add-On
- Full Refund*: Up to 7 days before your race day (7:59am local time zone).
- 50% Refund*: Up to 1 day before your race day (7:59am local time zone).
- 1 Name Change: Allowed up to 1 day before your race day via your HYROX Account (7:59am local time zone).
Doubles/Relay Division Ticket + Flex Add-On
- Full Refund*: Up to 7 days before your race day (7:59am local time zone).
- 50% Refund*: Up to 1 day before your race day (7:59am local time zone).
- 1 Name Change: Allowed up to 1 day before your race day via your HYROX Account (7:59am local time zone).
Singles/Doubles/Relay Division Ticket + No Flex
- No Flexibility: This option does not allow any changes after purchase. This includes no ticket modifications, name changes, or refunds.
*All refunds exclude the Flex Fee and can be claimed via your HYROX Account.
Important: For the 2025/26 season, we will no longer offer transfers to other events or division changes. Please ensure you select your ticket carefully, as changes to ticket types cannot be made once your booking is confirmed. Additionally, the Flex Add-On cannot be added after the initial purchase.
Point of Personalisation
In addition, we will require you to personalise your ticket directly during the booking process. Before completing your ticket purchase, you will be asked to enter the following information for each Athlete Ticket:
First & Last Name | Email | Gender | DOB | Nationality
Please ensure all athlete details are entered correctly during the checkout process. If you enter incorrect information, you won’t be able to make any changes to your ticket online or on-site unless you selected the Flex add-on. Only with the Flex option 1 change is allowed.

*Please note that we cannot allocate entries for events or divisions that are already sold out. To receive a free start code, you must have completed a full shift. The shop voucher will be worth €10 per hour worked.
HYROX is all about pushing limits—now, you can race for a cause that matters. In partnership with High Impact Athletes (HIA), we’re launching Race for Impact, a chance to fundraise for global charities while competing.
You’ll have the chance to Race for Impact by choosing the Charity Ticket option when you sign up for your next HYROX event. From there, you’ll create your fundraising platform via HIA and choose from one of four important cause areas to focus your efforts on:
- Global Health
- Climate Solutions
- Mental Health
- Women’s Empowerment
The minimum fundraising requirement is €300 (Singles), €500 (Doubles Teams), €800 (Relay Teams), and your mission is simple: rally support from your network to help meet that goal before race day.
The charity ticket is discounted to encourage as many people as possible to fundraise. To prevent misuse, anyone who doesn’t meet the minimum goal will be blacklisted and won’t be able to purchase charity tickets in the future.
But don’t worry—High Impact Athletes will be with you every step of the way to help you archive the target!

Our Official Photography Partner, Sportograf, uses facial recognition to find your race photos. About 48 hours after your race, you can view all your pictures on sportograf.com. Just upload a selfie to see every photo captured of you during the event!
Did you pre-purchase your Sportograf package?
- Go to sportograf.com/en and search for the respective HYROX event.
- Enter the email address you used for race entry and click “Send Validation Link.”
- Check your inbox for the email titled “Validation successful – Search for your images now” and click “Validate and Search.”
- Upload a selfie.
- Select “Buy Foto-Flat.”
- Enter your Sportograf Ticket ID (below the barcode on your ticket) at checkout to bring the total to £0.
Forget to pre-purchase your photos?
Don’t panic, Sportograf captures everyone during the race, simply upload a selfie after your race and purchase your photos directly from the website.
Important: To find your Sportograf redemption Ticket ID, you must first personalise your ticket. Simply log in to your HYROX account and complete personalisation.
